About The Bridge Project

In 2019, I traveled to the Peruvian Andes and met a group of girls who changed my life.

They were supported by the Sacred Valley Project, which provides safe housing and access to education for Indigenous girls from remote mountain villages. Many had walked hours just to reach school. I was shocked that while many boys get to move to cities for school, most girls don’t get that same chance.

That visit left a deep impact on me, and since then, I’ve stayed connected and continued collaborating with the Sacred Valley Project in different ways.

Now, many of those girls are graduating. To help them take the next step, I started The Bridge Project — a fundraising and mentorship initiative for SVP graduates beginning college, job training, or their first jobs.

I’m building a mentorship network, connecting these young women with professionals and high school students who can help them write resumes, create LinkedIn profiles, and set them up for success.

Alongside this mentorship program, we are hosting a fundraising campaign for which 100% of donations go directly to the Sacred Valley Project through their official Givebutter account.

Let’s help these girls take the next step — and build the bridge to what comes next.
